CCP: Ethics and Ethical Behavior (.2 CEU/2 Hours)
Description This course discusses the importance of ethics and ethical behavior in an organization, and describes norms of ethical behavior. It defines attributes of an effective code of ethics, identifies stakeholders and personal values that influence decision making, and outlines the steps of ethical decision making. This course also discusses ways to influence and sustain ethical behavior, defines the benefits of ethical behavior in the workplace, and identifies the risks and consequences of unethical behavior.
